The owner not only search the internet for the best buy for me, but also ordered the new printer with no additional cost to me. When the new printer arrived within a couple of hours he set it all up for me and I was able to print out some very important documents to fill out.       They were super helpful and friendly. I bought a new battery for my laptop online because I thought... that was the problem. The battery ended up not being the problem. Instead of making me pay the diagnostic fee they just took the battery I was never going to use in exchange. This is the type of exceptional service that you get from local stores like click it.
