I was more than pleased with the service that I received ai ClickIt. I went there based on the reviews they had received and I was not disappointed. I am in my 80s and not as techy as the younger generation so I found Raiden extremely helpful answering questions that I had. I decided to leave my computer overnight so that they could go through it and just give it a general check up. When I went to pick it up the next day, I had to come in a little later than I had planned and it was near closing time and yet Rodrigo took the time to show me some things that would be helpful to me and their price for going through my computer I felt very, very reasonable. I would highly recommend this team in the store. Both were pleasant and kind and I’d say they would get a 10+ as far as customer service.

After a month and a half of trying to troubleshoot random restarts on a PC that was less than 3 years old I finally broke down and decided to take it to someone to fix it and found Click IT. I wish I would've just done this on Day 1 and saved myself the misery because they made it SO easy. I was worried it was gonna cost a fortune but I've literally bought lunch that costed more than getting the diagnosis they gave me on my PC. I am not the kind of person who writes reviews but I cannot recommend them highly enough, if you are even debating taking your machine to someone they are absolutely worth it. They are absolutely top-notch.

I broke the display of my laptop and had no idea where to go to get it fixed. Stumbled on ClickIT and went by because I saw they had 5 stars only. They were super helpful, very good at communicating, and cheaper than I was expecting. Raiden was super helpful The part took about 5-6 days to come in (they let me keep my laptop to use on a monitor until it came in) and the actual repair only took an hour and a half ish. I definitely recommend this company.

My computer stopped being willing to connect to the Internet. I tried everything I knew to mitigate the problem with no luck. I made an appointment with Click IT and went in first thing in the morning. The gentleman who helped me was very kind very open to checking out Everything he could think of to solve the problem, but with no luck. I left the computer for a diagnostic check and within two hours I was contacted to say that the problem was resolved. It is so great when you find a company that is competent. It’s a bonus when you find a company who is competent and in whom you have trust. Thank you for your expertise and your stellar customer service!! I’ll be back again when the need arises.

These guys are fantastic. I came in with issues on 3 different computers. Each issue was done in a precise manner. Each got solved. Plus everything got backed up that needed to be backed up.

These guys have been very easy to work with! They quickly identified the issue I was dealing with, I had wide open communication with them the whole time, and they gave me multiple different solutions with clear options and price points! Even after they hit a snag and told me that I might have to make a small sacrifice with an easy fix, but by the time they told me the computer was ready, they said that they found a better way to handle it and didn’t have to make any changes! These are some smart folks, couldn’t recommend the guys over at ClickIt enough!

Rodrigo was incredible. I had issues with my printers and connecting with my laptops and phones in the house. Rodrigo came over to my house to do a house call, and he fixed the problem in less than an hour. He knows what he’s doing and he’s very knowledgeable. I had an old computer I inherited when a family member passed away. I needed all of the personal data off of the computer and then I wanted to 'wipe' the computer and surplus it. Rodrigo efficiently did the work, transferred the data (27 GIG) to my Google Cloud drive and took care of the hardware. Great customer experience! Professional, communicated often, efficient...only took a few days. Recommend! Rodrigo also speaks Spanish! Added bonus!

I cracked my phone screen and my tablet and took them into another store to get fixed. That place held onto my phone for a week and were not able to get my tablet fixed. I had also asked that shop to order in a phone case and they did not. I then found out click it and they blow that shop out the water. Not only were they fast, they ordered me a case for my phone, got my tablet working in a day, and even helped me get protection for my tablet. I'll only be using them for my technical support from now on. Thank you guys so much!

I had a great experience with “Click It” in Pleasant Grove yesterday. They helped me get a new printer when my old one was not economically fixable. The owner not only search the internet for the best buy for me, but also ordered the new printer with no additional cost to me. When the new printer arrived within a couple of hours he set it all up for me and I was able to print out some very important documents to fill out. Seldom do you meet people that are so friendly and willing to help. I wholeheartedly recommend this company.

They were super helpful and friendly. I bought a new battery for my laptop online because I thought that was the problem. The battery ended up not being the problem. Instead of making me pay the diagnostic fee they just took the battery I was never going to use in exchange. This is the type of exceptional service that you get from local stores like click it. I highly recommend them. 5 stars.
