Rodrigo was incredible. I had issues with my printers and connecting with my laptops and phones in... the house. I had an old computer I inherited when a family member passed away. I needed all of the personal... data off of the computer and then I wanted to 'wipe' the computer and surplus it. Rodrigo efficiently did the work, transferred the data (27 GIG) to my Google Cloud drive and took care of the hardware. Great customer experience! I wanted to replace 3 iPad screens and a charging port. They quoted me and I decided it wasn’t... worth fixing the screens so I decided to fix just the charging port. I needed it fixed by a certain day and they said they could do it. They called me the day I needed it and said they put the only not cracked screen on another iPad and because they couldn’t fix the charging port but they never called and asked if it was ok. One of the iPads cracked screen wasn’t that bad and that’s the one they put the good screen on but now if I want to try and fix my iPad somewhere else I would have to fix the cracked screen and the charging port. I told them I didn’t want them to do that and I wasn’t paying for it. So they put everything back the way it was but the screen that wasn’t that bad is now REALLY bad! If they would have communicated before they did anything I could have just told them never mind! Now I’m going to have to pay for the screen anyway because they ruined it! I took everything back and will not be returning!read more

I cracked my phone screen and my tablet and took them into another store to get fixed. That place... held onto my phone for a week and were not able to get my tablet fixed. I had also asked that shop to order in a phone case and they did not. I then found out click it and they blow that shop out the water. Not only were they fast, they ordered me a case for my phone, got my tablet working in a day, and even helped me get protection for my tablet. I had a great experience with “Click It” in Pleasant Grove yesterday. They helped me get a new... printer when my old one was not economically fixable. The owner not only search the internet for the best buy for me, but also ordered the new printer with no additional cost to me. When the new printer arrived within a couple of hours he set it all up for me and I was able to print out some very important documents to fill out. They were super helpful and friendly. I bought a new battery for my laptop online because I thought... that was the problem. The battery ended up not being the problem. Instead of making me pay the diagnostic fee they just took the battery I was never going to use in exchange. This is the type of exceptional service that you get from local stores like click it.
